Southeast Suburbs (Dandenong South Area)

Hourly Contractor Pay Rate $46.39 p/h (plus Super)

ILS, a progressive labor hire company is seeking contractors to engage at our client site in Melbourne's Southeast Suburb (Dandenong South Area), as Material Management & Stores Coordinator.

PR and/or working Visa

Our client is a leading, well respected engineering company specializing in the structural tube, pipe and section components, formed and fabricated to customer standards.

Material Management & Stores Coordinator

Aspect of the role includes, but is not limited to:

· Manual handling of stock

· Control of materials throughout factory including storage

· Working in various areas of the warehouse (receiving and dispatching)

Picking-packing-put away and using RF scanners, including printing of labels

· Loading and unloading trucks/containers/couriers

· Coordination of inwards goods including checking goods against purchase orders

· Checking items prior to despatch to sub-contractors

· Packing of goods for transportation

Fast-paced environment

· Replenishment of stock, housekeeping, and general duties

· Must have a forklift license

· Must know how to drive a manual car

· Must be able to confidently operate a forklift (counterbalance)

· Current shift available:

Day Shift: Monday to Thursday, 7:00AM to 3:21PM

Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:21 PM

Contractor Hourly Pay Rate $46.39 per hour plus Superannuation

To be considered for the role, contractors must have:

· Reliable car (can drive manual car)

· Good attitude, ethics and punctual

· Numeracy and communication skills

· Available for immediate start

Successful candidates must have 'can do' attitude, ability to work autonomously and be physically fit and reliable.
