An exciting opportunity to work with the Trader House Restaurant group at Gimlet located in the CBD.

We offer pay above award rates, staff meal, no double shifts.

Offering casual shifts 7 days a week, with mostly evening shifts available.

Duties:

• Operate a large automatic dishwasher safely - cleaning pots/pans, kitchen equipment and dishes.

• Organise dishes/equipment back and throughout the kitchen

• Maintain a clean and organised dishwashing area

• Organising and cleaning bins areas

• Remove waste from kitchen bins and replace with clean liners

• Pack down
