We are hiring Full-time

We are currently looking for:

*** Full-time Sous Chef ***

• Starting from $60,000 per year (will increase after settled down) 

• Previous experience preferred

• 38 hours per week

• Must be available on weekends

• Flexible and reliable

• Assisting with stock ordering and inventory control

• Leading the kitchen team in the absence of the Head Chef

• Supervising food preparation and service quality

• Maintaining kitchen hygiene and food safety standards

• Training and supporting junior staff
